My daughter and I recently took part in the Horse-N-Around Stables Moonlight ride.
From the initial contact with Sherry and her team, we were greeted with information, warmth, & excitement. My daughter and I have taken rides at Horse 'N Around Stables before, and she has participated in their horse camp for the past two years. She and I have learned a great deal of information from them but this was different.
Instantly, upon contacting them regarding participating in a moonlight ride I felt their excitement and energy. The person on the phone was very thorough with our needs/desires for the ride. They wanted to match us up with the right horse for our experience that evening.
Once we got to the site we were greeted by very knowledgeable and informative handlers and they made sure we were comfortable and ready for this amazing journey with these wonderful animals. Our ride lasted 1.5 hours and we were treated to some of the most tranquil landscape and beautiful views of the moon I've ever seen. It almost felt surreal as we made our way through the trails underneath the light of the moon. For me, personally, it was another great experience with my daughter and we were able to enjoy yet another lasting memory together.
It's been a couple of months and she asks every week when we can go back and do it again. This is truly one of those things a family should do together - it makes for a great bonding experience.
