Chef’s Wine & Beer Dinner

This will not be the usual corned beef & cabbage fare! This is a gourmet, four course dinner with ingredients found on the Emerald Isle.

Chef Ken Veenstra will be here preparing four courses, each paired with Lone Oak wine or beer. Chef Veenstra has worked in some of the best restaurants in the state. The Grand Traverse Resort, The Amway Grand Hotel in Grand Rapids, The Park Place Hotel in Traverse City and the prestigious Orchard Lake Country Club, to name a few. This will be a great night of food, wine and beer!

As a nod to St. Patrick's Day, Chef Veenstra will prepare a meal fit for Irish royalty. We'll start with a velvety Cabbage Bisque served with Irish Soda Bread. The second course will be Roasted Salmon in Orange Beurre Blanc sauce with essence of roasted coriander seed. The third course will be Braised Lamb Shank in a Port Demi Glace served on a bed of white & sweet potato mash. Top it all off with a spectacular Guinness Ganache Torte.

Tickets are $55 per person which includes a generous pour of wine or beer with each course. Additional wine and beer will be available for purchase. Tax & gratuity are not included in this price. There are just 42 seats, so reservations are a must. Call 517-522-8167 to reserve your seats.
