This hour-long class focuses on building core strength and increasing endurance and flexibility through a variety of exercises. These exercises include, but are not limited to pilates, yoga, and strength exercises. This class also helps dancers identify areas of weakness as well as needs in flexibility. It gives dancers the tools to use throughout their week to improve these areas as they work towards their dance goals. This class is also great for the non-dancers because being strong and flexible is good for us all!
