The Waltz is a smooth and elegant dance often put to 3/4 timing. It can be danced several different ways, but the approach this class will take is a classic three-step with added variations of movement and steps to create a romantic and lovely dance.

Whether you’ve always dreamed of learning ballroom dance or just want to polish your style and add new moves to your repertoire, our instructors at Jackson School of the Arts will help you meet your goals while feeling comfortable and confident. We strive to provide a vibrant, but relaxed atmosphere to help you become the dancer you’ve always dreamed of becoming (or at least a better dancer!)

Don’t worry if you’ve never danced before or think you have two left feet. We have the experience to get you past feeling awkward and into feeling great about dancing!

Each of our group ballroom lessons take place in a series of three nights for one hour each lesson.
