The owners of Chilango’s Mexican Grill on 1020 E. Ganson St. decided to take their most popular menu item, the build-your-own-burrito and make it the staple of their new restaurant on the corner of W. Michigan Ave and S. Mechanic St., Chilango’s Burrito Bar. Opening spring of 2013, this restaurant will feature handmade tortillas as well as many other fresh and homemade ingredients. They also plan to have late night hours on Friday and Saturday to cater to the bar crowd.
