From late November through December, Michigan International Speedway flickers with holiday spirit. This two-decade tradition features a drive-through display of millions of little Christmas lights, arranged as recognizable characters and dazzling tunnels that surround your car on all sides. Christmas Lights and More

You never know what’s around the next turn at Nite Lites. Drive through its twinkling Christmas light sculptures then stretch your legs in Winter Wonderland, where all ages can enjoy a mug of hot cocoa, a seasonal snack, and of course, Santa himself — even his reindeer visit on certain weekends. Who Needs a Car? 

An up-and-coming part of Nite Lites tradition is its annual 5K Fun Run/Walk. Run, jog or walk through the 3.1-mile course, which includes a self-powered trip through the fully lit Nite Lites display itself. Runners will start half an hour before walkers, and all participants are encouraged to move at whatever pace is comfortable for them.
