A new monthly cruise-in will take place the first Thursday of every month through October 2022 the Jackson Eagles will host Cars & Coneys (Jackson Eagles #612) from 5pm-8pm.

It's been said that Jackson is home to the original Coney dog. In 2019, Jackson's own Virginia Coney Island was voted best Coney dog in the state. Joe and Erin, owners of Virginia Coney Island have joined with the Jackson Eagles to supply the Coney meat for the monthly cruise in.
