Human Library: Unjudge Someone

July 12, 2019 | 4:00 PM-7:30 PM

The saying goes "You can't judge a book by its cover." What if, for one day, that books was a person and you could ask them questions about their lives and experiences?

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be homeless? A single parent? A politician? An immigrant? Anyone with a very different life than your own?

Join us at the Carnegie Library to "check out" a human book and unjudge someone.

About the Human Library: The Human Library Organization aims to contribute to greater tolerance and understanding between people worldwide. Originating from a Danish idea in 2000, the Human Library is now available in over 80 countries.
