Q1: What’s the difference between submitting an answer and going to the next question?
A: After you answer each question, click the "Submit Answer" button to see if your answer is correct. You will then receive feedback on your answer and have the opportunity to learn a fact you might not know. After you read the fact, click the "Next Question" button to go to the next question. One must submit an answer and read the fact before proceeding to the next question.
Q2: I hit “Next Question” and nothing happens. What’s going on?

Q3: I don’t have enough time to finish all 30 questions today. Can I stop and come back tomorrow?
A: Yes. Below the “Submit Answer” button you’ll see a red link “Pause Your Test”. Click on this link and you’ll be re-directed to your “Start Your Jackson Certification” page. On this page you’ll see a “Logout” link in red.
Q4: I tried logging in but was taken to the home page, not my “Start Your Jackson Certification” page. What should I do?
A: You have multiple options:
Option1: Please click on the login to add/edit your events or business listing link in the blue box on the right-hand side of your screen. You’ll be directed to the welcome page for your account and you may select “Get Jackson Certified” from the list of options.
Option 2: Please click on the Jackson Certified Logo in the center of the home page to proceed to your account and you’ll be redirected to Certified.ExperienceJackson.com.
Q5: I logged in but was taken to a list of links like “Add a new event” on my accounts welcome page. Where should I go to become Jackson Certified?
A: Please click on the “Get Jackson Certified” link which is towards the bottom of the list.
Q6: How can I search the Experience Jackson website for answers if I'm taking the trivia game?
A: There is no time limit on the Jackson Certified quiz, so we recommend opening a second tab in your web browser and searching ExperienceJackson.com for any of the answers you might not know. Remember if you plan to walk away or close your web browser, you’ll need to pause your test.
Q7: I am affiliated with multiple organizations all trying to become Jackson Certified; do I have to be certified multiple times for it to count?
A: No. You have multiple options to let us know which organizations you’re affiliated with:
Option 1: When you create an account, please indicate all the organizations which should receive credit for your certification.
Option 2: Once you’ve completed your online certification, you’ll be taken to a congratulations page where you may enter the organizations which should receive credit for your certification.
Option 3: On the main welcome page for your account, you’ll see a list of options. In the middle of the list you’ll see a link “Edit your profile” in red. Click on this link and add the organizations you’re affiliated with to the Company field.
Option 4: You may always email us at admin@experiencejackson.com and let us know which organizations should receive credit for your certification. We’ll be happy to update our records.
Q8: I am Jackson Certified but have not received my pin or certificate. What should I do?
A: The short answer is most likely nothing other than wait. Please note, new certificates are processed every two weeks and are only mailed to “unaffiliated individuals” or people who are not part of an organization’s path to certification on a monthly basis.
Q9: I am affiliated with an organization on a path to certification and haven’t received my pin or certificate. What should I do?
A: Certificates and pin will be presented to certified team members at the photo op after your organization has become a certified organization. Usually, it takes 2 months for an organization to become certified. Please contact your supervisor to find out when your photo op is going to take place.
Q10: What if I don’t want to wait for the pinning ceremony to start showing off my flair and certificate?
A: We get it and would want to tell the world too! Please email admin@experiencejackson.com and your certificate and flair will be made available for pick up at the Experience Jackson Office at 134 W. Michigan Ave in Downtown Jackson.
