Bill Hobson highlights golf

In 1999, Michigan Golf Live Executive Producer/Host Bill Hobson first had the idea for MGL Radio (the TV side was still years down the road) after realizing there was no other radio show that celebrated the game in the golf-crazed state of Michigan. 

Today, he hosts both the radio show and a weekly 30-minute TV program spotlighting fantastic places to stay and play but also be sure to include fun and appealing content for a non-golfing spouse so they will also be enthused to visit the featured destination.

In May, Bill was hosted by Experience Jackson, highlighting great golf courses and attractions in Jackson County, at the crossroads of southern Michigan.

In a Memorial Day Weekend episode of his radio show, he was joined by a variety of Jackson County guests:

• Eric Terrian, Superintendent of Ella Sharp Park (including Ella Sharp Golf Course), PGA Golf Professional and a member of the PGA of America
